Riyadh – Maubasher: Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company approved distributing SAR 1 per share as cash dividends, totalling SAR 50.8 million for the first half of fiscal year 2017, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The eligibility for the dividends will concern shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date.

The dividend will be distributed on Sunday, 18 June, according to the statement.

Al Yamamah Steel had previously posted a 13.3% decline in net profits to SAR 48.3 million during the quarter ended 31 March 2017, compared to SAR 55.7 million in the same quarter in 2016.
